The founder of Glassberg & Associates, LLC, Steven H. Glassberg concentrates in real estate transactions and small business matters. Mr. Glassberg represents banks, purchasers, and sellers, performing over many closings annually. His real estate practice includes residential and commercial closings, commercial leases and representing residential and commercial clients in Landlord Tenant Court. Additionally, Mr. Glassberg has formed businesses in industries including import/export, law, real estate, insurance, finance, health care, and food and beverage. He oversees all contracts and legal matters for such businesses, providing guidance and advice.

Mr. Glassberg has been a featured speaker on real estate topics at events for the Community Development Corporation of Long Island and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
